His son had a 2x86 computer that he'd play text-based adventures on, or play simple games on with 5 1/2 floppies, and he had the Robbie the robot for nintendo and a bunch of accessories and stuff, and his mom didn't work. They just had this lovely home with a great big fireplace that spanned two floors and a kitchen that overlooked the river and looked beautiful and cozy on a cold winter day.He was a mailman. A MAILMAN.His son had Space Camp pictures on the wall, and his daughter had a CD player like two fucking years before I ever saw one in the wild again.And I'd go visit other friends and their dads would buy them waverunners for their birthdays, and everyone was cozy and perfect.I don't know what happened. This was something I personally witnessed. Everyone around me had a second house. And the houses they had were fucking NICE, and everyone's dad was just kinda a dude who maybe worked at the local car dealership, or was a foreman at the factory.Now I can barely feed my fucking family while paying a mortgage and insurance costs.I don't even have time to go to visit a friend across town.

I seriously tried to like this, I’ve been a fan of MDE since 2015. 10 years later this releases and I’m excited. Then this crap? Where are the jokes? Seriously, not being hyperbolic, there AREN’T ANY PUNCHLINES. I’m the first 4 episodes I can’t even describe to you a joke from this show. It’s just shitty improv that goes nowhere until the sketch just sort of fizzles out with someone yelling or someone making a silly face. Every shot in this show looks like behind the scenes footage, nothing feels coherent. Extreme disappointment is what it should be called, because they’ve all had a decade to think of new funny stuff and this slop gets cranked out by wiggers. And it’s not a contrarian take either (unfortunately.) I seriously wanted to like it, and I asked myself “am I being too harsh on this show?” But no. No I am not, after re-watching WP1 I can say that with conviction this show is genuinely just bad. The next gameshow sketch should be “Name one punchline from Extreme Peace”

There was a minor controversy because they wouldn't put sub-Saharan Africans in their medieval Europe game (they would be bought by a publisher later on and suddenly change their mind for the second game. Argument was ostensibly about historical accuracy. This poster though it was basically a fantasy game. I asked him to give specific instances of historical inaccuracy but he wouldn't. Kept posting random youtube videos that he obviously hadn't seen, as they were praising the game's authenticity. At the end he let it slip that he didn't like the game because there weren't blacks in it. Even on here, that black worship mentality runs deep with some people. No idea why they come to 4chan.
