Yes, all those photos were real and really her, however NONE of them were posted by Sab, they were posted by her ex boyfriend/ex-roommate Eddie (using his real name because he used hers so it's only fair).

Eddie is fucking CRAZY and kept all her nudes and has been on 4chan the past week roleplaying as her (we suspect that he was trying to relive the time period of when they first started dating? who fucking knows).
