So yeah I know its been out in Japan for a few months now and pretty much everybody agrees that its poorly edited even by compilation standards but Im still surprised at how little discussion it gets. The American release is this week and I have a ticket to see it tonight. Im feeling kinda sick today (chronic illness, not contagious) but I intend to brave it if at all possible because I really want to give this film a fair chance instead of getting all my opinions from the borg collective that is social media.Its getting double featured with EW which is kind of funny because the advertising seems to be hyping the opportunity to see a 30 year old wing movie moreso than the movie which is actually new.Feel free to spoil it I don't have high hopes and will probably post spoilers tomorrow after I've seen it.
