Why is it so hard for athiests to understand that human thinking is definitionally limited and that saying God doesn't exist is the same as characters in a book saying the author doesn't exist? The only way saying God does not exist makes sense is if you say that experience is ultimately understandable with enough knowledge of isolated facts and the mechanisms connecting them, which is obviously not true.
