In order to run FFXIV I recommend a minimum of 32GB of RAM and 8GB of VRAM, though if you don't plan on using syncshells 16gb of RAM and 4gb VRAM will be decent. AMD runs the game slightly worse than NVIDIA in my experience, but if you edit some of the settings in Adrenalin it's usually pretty decent.
