my brother and i* cooked up a good plan. i pitched and laid out the idea one day, because i took my wife on a drive down the millionaires neighborhood thats hidden away, unless you know its there. very nice houses, lots of land. something to motivate us to work harder and be industrious.
i got curious and looked on google maps after that, saw the prices of the land/houses. compared the prices against what my uncle and family have and can do, and realized its totally doable. got estimates online, found better plots, got into the idea, and got excited. talked to my brother, hes all in on the idea. so is my wife.
right now, with the ones in the know (me, brother, wife), the argument is whether to have one big mansion/house, whether to build a series of middle class houses for all of us on a private road, or to make a private housing complex. im all about the mansion/estate idea. but that thought masturbation is meaningless if we dont get the elders to agree
we planted the seeds recently, uncle is open to the idea, but doesnt want to move. gave us a 10 year timeframe. we didnt tell him it was his money though, we just asked if hes open to the idea. just planting the seed for now.
hopefully in a few years ill write a random anon post on 4chan on how the family estate plan is working, and were all happy raising the kids together and they dont have to be afraid ill send them to a retirement home. hopefully.

I decided to check back, I stopped using this general after the 4chan hack and wow this general is dead.
The only people left are just some angry teenagers that all self reply, people arguing with them pointlessly, twitter posters, and like... two jokes that are posted over and over every 3 seconds.

Anyways, this website pretty much corralled all the Sonic fans to one point and abandoned them. Sonic is dead on 4chan. It's probably time to jump ship to /mmg/.
