Well let me try to repay your knowledge with my trick which occasionally works:
If there is work that you need a computer to do, so staying away from a computer altogether isn't an option if you're supposed to be productive, but if you're usually wasting lots of time on places like 4chan, then I suggest you do two things.
One: go for as long as you can at the start of every day without visiting any of your "problem sites" at all. Not on your phone, not on your pc, nowhere. The dam will break most every day, but hold the damn as long as you can.
Two: listen to audio that provides a small amount of stimulation but nothing so much that it's something one can really "listen" to. White noise. The sound of rain. Cafe audio. Lately I've been listening to "rivate Interstellar Suite in Deep Space | Ambient Music and Deep Space Sounds", a live channel on YT.
It's enough to keep my mind engaged, but not so much I get distracted by it.

Minutes ago I just made up my mind. Since this is 4chan I dont really need to censor it or talk around it or some pissy shit. Im going to be killing myself, yes, suicide, by gun from a gun range I will rent one from. I have never shot a gun, my first time will be this one, but its also my last precious memory.

I already made up my mind, I hope I do, but whatever. I'll be doing it in 2 weeks from now.
