Have you tried using them? Twitter locked mine within 5 minutes for some bs reason and demanded I provide a phone number to unlock it. If you try to register a new account today, it won't let you register by email, only phone numbers are accepted. There's no easy way to get around it. Those free numbers people use are always blocked. You can try paid numbers but if someone used them already, you're out $5 for every try. A minority of the world has laws that let you buy a physical sim card without providing any id but that will probably be closed soon.

The only place left where you can post without being tied to your real email or phone is on 4chan and at the rate poojeets are ruining this site, it will be unusable very soon and shut down eventually.
