My main gripe with rimtalk is that it's... not doing anything. It creates noise.
You can install a dozen different addons, which might or might not work with your version of the game to try to make it interact with the game more: but then what?
It's not bad, but the potential is nowhere near reached.
A good rimtalk would take control of the narrator on top of just adding a voice to your pawns, there needs to be a link there.

Yeah, but that's the point, in a game like borderlands, the pawn is something you shoot at and you don't care about him more than that, you just fuck him up -> next one. It's fine for a cosmetic addition here, it makes sense, but in rimworld, you're supposed to care for the little faggots, they're not just a number, you work with them, you give them life, you save them, this is important, which makes the 'cosmetic only' addition all the more jarring.
