subahibi was interesting, It's a work I have mixed feelings on it.I loved the denpa aspect of subahibi, probably something that feels like something out of a weird 4chan post, and that's why my favorite chapter was IMOI.I really enjoyed takuji and tomosane as protagonists, takuji especially felt so relatable, a weird Otaku with abnormal tendencies, excluding the whole cult stuff he felt the most realistic with his personality I could feel that he could really exist in real life.but taking those two aspects I felt like I was expecting more, I really wanted to like zakuro but she felt like one of those characters that the plot has something bad happen to them in order for you to feel bad for the character, I really dislike writing that makes a character suffer something bad in order for you to like them because I really was expecting to feel horrified and disgusted but I just really felt nothing, I felt nothing when she suffered through what she did.and not only that but I really didn't feel attached to hasaki and minakami, I really was expecting minakami to be a better character, and I really didn't feel attached to hasaki and tomosane's relationship, and I felt like those two characters were supposed to be the ones we were supposed to love.other than kimika I also expected the other classmates like Miu, yasuko, kiyoshi, satoko,megu to be actual characters but no.I just felt like my expectations were misplaced.
