I'm a tranny and honestly it's not always CSA or porn, I think if anything it's more that trannyism as a neurodevelopmental (not psychological i.e. behavioral) condition comes secondary to some other neurodevelopmental insult, irrespective of autism basically every trans person I know (who actually started hormone treatment) has some abnormality in their birth history e.g. I was born with the cord round my neck and didn't breathe for ages so have minor brain damage + my mum had severe hormone problems most of her life before having me, some others have obvious developmental disability such as some of the gay club dolls who started prostituting themselves in their teens because they didn't have the IQ to do literally any other job. Plenty of others have genetic conditions, difficult/premature births, old parents, epilepsy, bipolar, etc. ... and we're something like 130% more likely to have degenerative connective tissue disease than the general population - BEFORE transitioning. The idea it's just caused by sex abuse and internet pornography is just rightoid cope but the actual truth is probably not what most non-4chan trans people would want it to be (gender as a spiritual property of the soul or whatever) either.
