However, by the time of Jesus Christ, the foretold Messiah, the jews had disobeyed the Lord to such an extent, that Jesus' arrival signified not only the forthcoming salvation of the world (i.e. Genesis ch12 v1-3, wherein the world would be blessed through Abram), but also, a final chance for repentance for the people of Israel themselves.

I thought these were beautiful names and was told they were "family names" from my BF's great-grandparents, which made them all the more meaningful.Recently I reconnected with an online friend and told them about our kids' names and they responded "Oh, after Resident Evil?"
