Because it was so long ago, it's not LIKELY to show up anywhere, but Genesis is powerful and has access to things that aren't in the DoD system (even I flagged for stuff as far back as 2014). They will ask you about it, and you may need a doctor's note (not a nurse, but a full-on doctor) to clear you. I'm not saying this to scare you, but to prepare you. I had to get doctor's notes for my medical stuff and it took a while because I thought it was sweet. I thought I could get a nurse or a "licensed counsellor" to sign off, but no.TLDR: It shouldn't come up, but if it does, prepare to get paper on that.
