I'm getting a weighted (35 lb.) vest.
I plan to wear it from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. (Taking it off when I shower or sleep, obviously.)
How effective are they?
Additional Info:
I used to weigh 245 lb. and now weigh 194 lb. (and shrinking a bit more each day). So for me it would be like going back to my old weight but without being fat.
I'm diabetic type 2 and 48 years old. What do I need to be aware of?
