Pattern recognition falls behind a lot of reasons why something is arousing. thats why people develop strange fetishes(also explains the use of tag systems on hentai sites). they start recognizing a pattern (big round belly) as erotic. this makes line work a quicker path towards eroticism. i can quickly draw curves to simulate butts, hips, boobs, lips. the way you render makes it take longer till that feature is recognizable by the lizard brain and stimulates arousal. right now your figures are faceless and faces/expressions are a BIG pattern people enjoy(hell even faceless has an appeal). their bodies are blurry and blocky not really representing the beauty of human anatomy. so until its finished or close to finish it will be hard to know whether youve been successful.

Now the actual mood of your rendering style seems very realistic (this might not bode well with an audience who has burnt themselves out on porn) but also very dramatic. if you wish to continue painting like this try making it fit a genre. dark dramatic lighting fits into fear/risk, you can make a narrative for horror(which can totally be hot) or even something seedy or degenerate(good example is how blacked RAW do their lighting). the clothing looks for outdoor use. perhaps something with public sex? looking over his shoulder scared to be seen? or maybe they dont even care if theyre seen. some of the best smut is written so dont dismiss the context for your art.
