We need a non anomynous 4chan, where every post has to be approved by a live video of a an actual person typing the post. This would be much safer and more reliable than Captchashit. The only problem is govs getting their hands on that data, but you could auto-delete it after each post and the verification is done

Filesize still limited to 4mb but with sound. Audio auto normalized/loudness normalization on upload so screamers don't matter. Maybe using FFmpeg's loudnorm filter in the background>filename randomizer: a checkbox or something of the sort where if selected will randomize the name of the file you upload.
